S&T LTD targets opportunities in the Permian Basin, more specifically, the Central and Northern Midland Basin located in Martin, Midland, Glasscock, Upton, Cochran, Yoakum and Reagan counties to develop and exploit hydrocarbons. S&T LTD pursues producing properties with undeveloped held by production acreage, acreage under continuous development or acreage to term out, as well as un-leased acreage under new Oil and Gas leases. S&T LTD will evaluate and acquire the properties, develop a rig and development program in line with the commitments in place, leveraging the extensive experience in re-working, drilling, and completing wells. Also, S&T LTD will utilize its relationships to negotiate extensions within continuous drilling programs or termed acreage in order to withhold from producing under low commodity prices.
